10% Memorial Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is operated by Memoria Memorial Parks in relation to memorial products and services available at Memoria Crematoriums
  2. Promotional offer
    Customers may receive 10% off eligible memorials purchased during the promotional period, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
  3. Promotional period
    The 10% discount is available on eligible new memorial orders made between the start of the promotion and 30 November 2026, inclusive.
  4. Christmas fitting deadline
    Customers wishing to have an eligible memorial fitted before Christmas must reserve their eligible memorial by 31 October 2026. Memoria will make reasonable efforts to arrange fitting before Christmas for qualifying orders placed by this date. However, Christmas fitting cannot be guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside Memoria’s reasonable control, including supplier delays, weather conditions, ground conditions, manufacturing delays, planning or regulatory requirements, or delays in receiving required information, approvals or inscriptions from the customer.
  5. Eligible memorials
    The promotion applies only to eligible memorial products and services confirmed by the Crematorium team. Certain memorials, products, services, materials, bespoke items or third-party charges may be excluded from the promotion.
  6. Bespoke and personalised memorials
    Bespoke or personalised memorials may be subject to additional lead times and may not be eligible for fitting before Christmas. Customers will be advised of the expected timescale when placing their order.
  7. Existing orders
    The 10% discount applies to new eligible orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to memorials already purchased, ordered or paid for before the promotion began.
  8. Other offers
    The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotional offer or special arrangement unless expressly agreed by Memoria in writing.
  9. Availability
    All memorials are subject to availability and suitability. Some memorials may have limited availability or require additional time for manufacture, personalisation, approval or installation.
  10. Customer approval
    Where a memorial requires an inscription, personalisation, design approval or other customer confirmation, any delay in providing the required information or approval may affect the anticipated fitting date.
  11. Memorial approval and permissions
    All memorial installations are subject to Memoria’s applicable memorial rules, cemetery or memorial park regulations, and any required permissions or approvals. An order does not guarantee installation where the proposed memorial does not meet the applicable requirements.
  12. Pricing
    The 10% discount applies to the eligible memorial price only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, additional charges such as applicable installation, inscription, foundation, lease, permit, delivery or other associated fees are not included in the discount.
  13. Changes to orders
    If a customer changes their selected memorial after placing an order, the replacement memorial will be subject to the terms, price and eligibility applicable to that memorial. Changes may also affect the anticipated fitting date.
  14. Cancellation
    Customers’ statutory rights remain unaffected. Where a customer cancels or changes an order, any refund or charge will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable agreement and consumer rights.
  15. No cash alternative
    The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a different product or service.
  16. Promotion end date
    Orders must be placed within the promotional period to qualify for the 10% discount. Memoria reserves the right not to honour promotional pricing on orders placed after 30 November 2026.
  17. Right to correct errors
    Memoria reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, printing or administrative errors relating to the promotion. Customers will not be disadvantaged where an error has resulted from information supplied by Memoria.
  18. Consumer rights
    These Terms & Conditions do not affect or limit any statutory rights or protections that consumers have under applicable UK law.
  19. Availability of full Terms & Conditions
    These Terms & Conditions are available from Memoria and should be made available to customers throughout the promotional period.
